I'm having the same request / issue. I'm using the Pro-Version but when choosing any of the sounds and moving the slider complete to the right, I still hear the original sound of each clip. Would be great if this original sound could be completely muted, so that just the chosen music track is audible.

Kristen Carolynn Cavanaugh When currently don't have the ability to mute during mash time. Are you on our 1SE Pro subscription? If you move the slider all to the right, the sound of the clips should be muted.

100% agree!! When i started i disnt know the sound r3corded to turn it off. I cant edit that part after the fact and i hate having yo edit it for each individual snippet. I wosh there was an option to not include sound and then I could play music on top. Please make this option available after the snippets have been selected when you mash and share. Thank you.
